  • 160g Red Lentils
  • 200g Coconut Milk
  • 400g Chopped Tomatos
  • 1tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili Flakes
  1. Rinse the lentils and put them aside for now
  2. Dice the onion and sauté it for 1-2 minutes in a pot with a little bit of oil
  3. Add the Garam Masala and roast it for another 2-3 minutes
  4. Next, add the lentils, diced tomatos and coconut milk and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, util the lentils are soft enough. Stirr regularly to prevent the lentils from sticking to the pot
  5. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes
  6. Enjoy!
