Coconut Dal

- 160g Red Lentils
- 200g Coconut Milk
- 400g Chopped Tomatos
- 1tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili Flakes
- Rinse the lentils and put them aside for now
- Dice the onion and sauté it for 1-2 minutes in a pot with a little bit of oil
- Add the Garam Masala and roast it for another 2-3 minutes
- Next, add the lentils, diced tomatos and coconut milk and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, util the lentils are soft enough. Stirr regularly to prevent the lentils from sticking to the pot
- Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes
- Enjoy!
