    Rinse the lentils and put them aside for now

    Dice the onion and sauté it for 1-2 minutes in a pot with a little bit of oil

    Add the Garam Masala and roast it for another 2-3 minutes

    Next, add the lentils, diced tomatos and coconut milk and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, util the lentils are soft enough. Stirr regularly to prevent the lentils from sticking to the pot
